The Timothy Project
Hello, followers of Jesus! I am so glad you desire to obey Jesus’s command to go and make disciples of all nations! But how do we do this? How do we make disciples who make disciples? When I began to follow Jesus, this question burned in my heart. I had many mentors telling me to make disciples…but they could never help me understand HOW to do it! The Great Commission of Jesus seems simple enough, but why was it so hard for someone to disciple me and then teach me how to do it? There were plenty of materials available concerning Evangelism or getting individuals to Faith, but none could adequately help me to grow or prepare me to teach others to grow. Through much prayer, this project was developed. It became a seven-month series of workbooks designed to help a believer in Jesus Christ to be fully discipled and then to disciple another believer. It will take you through the seven building blocks of faith found in 2 Peter 1: 5-7. Peter states, "For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, you won't be useless or unfruitful..."
There are 7 qualities we study together and seek to diligently add to our faith:

1st month: Moral Excellence
2nd month: Knowledge
3rd month: Self Control
4th month: Perseverance
5th month: Godliness
6th month: Brotherly Kindness
7th month: Love
Now, you may think you already know what these qualities mean…but believe me when I say, “I thought I knew…but this study showed me a fuller understanding about them.” This project actually shows you how they build upon one other to perfect you into a disciple and then a disciple-maker.
The Timothy project has been loaded into a Google Classroom. If you have personally never been discipled, you can go through the class as an individual and get feedback from one of our Project Teachers. If you want to disciple someone or even a group yourself, a private class will be created for you. You will be able to interact with them personally as the teacher. If you are discipling someone who isn't tech-savvy, just print out the project for them as you go!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
For years I have wanted to make disciples...but just didn't know "how" to do it. The Timothy Project makes it easy for ANYONE (even me) to make a disciple!
I had several guys involved in an accountability group, but it seemed like we all weren't growing as much as we should. We started the Timothy Project together and have seen some amazing results!
Before the Timothy Project, we didn't really have any direction in our meetings. We sadly even ended up gossiping a little. Now our time together is purposeful and filled with study and prayer!
